SMS Terms

The program

Mr Bubs Poop Scooping texts customers about their dog waste removal service: visit confirmations, reminders before a visit, on-the-way and visit-complete notices, links to change or cancel a visit, and replies when you text us. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the text message box on our contact form, or by choosing "Yes, text me" during online signup. Neither is pre-selected, and we only text you if you opt in. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying our service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 4 messages per week while you have service. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and none after that. Reply HELP for help, or call (502) 586-2710.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
