Mr Bubs Poop Scooping ("we", "us") provides residential dog waste removal in the greater Louisville, Kentucky area. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a price or sign up, we collect your name, service address, mobile phone number, email address (optional), details about your yard, and whether you agree to receive text messages. When you call or text us, we keep a record of the conversation, and calls may be recorded. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to provide and bill for your service: scheduling visits, sending confirmations, reminders and on-the-way notices, answering your questions, and keeping records of the work we do.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (payment processing, text message and phone delivery, email delivery, hosting), and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by calling or texting (502) 586-2710. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
